#1- Homemade Popsicles

Yum, Yum, Yum! Who doesn't like a popsicle on a hot summer day?

Their are so many different ways to make popsicles.  You don't have to use fancy gadgets although they are nice. If you don't have a mold you can use a cup, ice cube tray or if you really want a mold you can pick an inexpensive one up at the dollar store.

Their are lots of different ways to make popsicles too, you can make them from kool-aid, pudding, jello, fruit or simply with your favorite juice or soda pop. Below is a link for 100+ recipes.
100 Homemade Popsicle Recipes @ Tip Nut

We used a simple recipe using things we had on hand, it was tasty!
We blended 2 cups of frozen raspberries, 1T lemon juice, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water.  We pored the mix into small cups and froze them for about 4 hours.

If you do use cups I would suggest using small ones.

Enjoy your homemade popsicles!
