Hawiaian Haystacks

2 T butter
1/2 cup onion diced
1 26 ounce can of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
8 cups of cooked rice
1 can chow mein
pineapple
oranges (manderian)
green inion
celery
red pepper
frozen peas
coconut
almonds

saute butter onions for 3 min.  stir in chicken sour cream and soup

stir and place crockpot on table
sppon onto rice
choose toppings and enjoy
