Bacon, Egg & Cheese Muffins

These are a fun way to enjoy a traditional breakfast all in one bite. The outside is a bit crunchy while the egg is still moist and creamy.
6 slices of bread
6 eggs
1 cup crumbled bacon
1/2 cup shredded cheese
salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut circles into bread using cookie cutter. Press bread into bottom of greased muffin tin. Top bread with egg and sprinkle with bacon and cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes until egg is cooked.
